Predator products are available from specialty retailers across North America. Please see our Dealer Locator Page for a list of dealers near you. I have a hard time finding what I am looking for in stock at my local store, where can I purchase it?
Predator products are available for purchase online by visiting shop.predatorcamo.com. We also have several authorized Predator Dealers who sell our gear online and in stores.
Can I place a backorder on PredatorCamo.com?
Predator Camo does not currently accept online backorders. However, we will gladly take down your contact information and notify you once a specific item is available again for purchase. Please email us at email@example.com or call 608-787-0500.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, we have experts available Mon-Fri from 8am to 4pm CST that can answer any of your technical questions as well as process phone orders. During the hunting season and other times of the year in which we experience high call volumes, please do not be discouraged to leave us a voice message. We will return your call ASAP. You may also email with questions and concerns.
How can I determine which size will fit me best?
General sizing info for Predator products can be found on each of the individual product pages in our online Store. Find the product in question, then click on the Size dropdown box to find the item-specific measurements for each size in that particular style. For questions on specific sizing details, contact our experts via email or phone.
What if I am unsure what gear I will need for my hunt?
Our products, as versatile as they may be, are built to be used together as a complete system and are designed for very specific uses. As well, our gear experts are all avid hunters and are here to assist you in building your system. Don’t hesitate to email or call with specific questions.
Does Predator offer a Guide/Outfitter or Pro Deal program?

Yes. Although we proudly support and would like to recognize the efforts of every hunter and enthusiast, we do also have a team of sponsored Athletes.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every effort possible to get your order processed and shipped in a timely fashion. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of order placement. If an item on your order is backordered or out of stock, you will be contacted by a Predator customer service associate to discuss alternative options.
How do I know when my order ships?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s) as well as direct notification from UPS.
How do I track my order?
If you have entered a valid email address through the checkout process you will receive an email with your tracking number when your shipment is processed.
What method do you use to ship your products?
All of our orders are shipped via UPS from our warehouse in Wisconsin. The following services are available: Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or Next Day Air. When choosing your method of delivery, please note that UPS only delivers Monday through Friday. The day your order ships does NOT count as a transit day. Please call or email to confirm specific delivery dates if you are unsure.
Why do I need to create an account to order online?
Creating an account with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows you to keep track of your order history, as well as manage your profile information online.
Returns, Exchanges and Warranty
What is the Predator Camo Warranty Policy?
All Predator Camo products are guaranteed for one full year against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have a problem with one of our products, call 608-787-0500 for a return authorization number. Please enclose a letter of explanation and a copy of your original order papers. We will repair the problem, replace the item, or refund your money at our discretion. Predator Inc. will exchange products incorrectly ordered if they are unworn, unwashed and still have the product tags attached. Predator Inc. is not responsible for refunds on shipping if incorrectly ordered or needing size exchanges.
Can I cancel my order?
We may be able to cancel your order but can only do this by telephone. Please call us at 608-787-0500 as soon as possible. Otherwise it may be too late, as we try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you want to cancel a shipped order, you will be subject to an additional $14 UPS Intercept fee.
Can I return my PredatorCamo.com purchase for an exchange or refund?
If you would like to return your product for an exchange or refund, you may do so within 90 days of the original purchase date. NOTE that products must be unused with hangtags still affixed and must have been purchased direct from Predator Camo. Please email or call for return instructions. If your product was purchased from one of our Authorized Dealers, please contact them in regards to their individual return policy.
What is the Predator Camo Warranty Policy?
We stand behind every product we make. If you are unhappy with any of our products at the time your receive them, feel free to send them back. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable cost. For more details, visit our Predator Promise Page.
How do I return a product for a refund or repair?
To return a Predator Camo item that you purchased from a store, please contact the original store to inquire about their individual Returns policy.

What methods of payment does PredatorCamo.com accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal. At this time, we can only accept credit cards that are issued in the United States.
Can I use a debit card on PredatorCamo.com?
Yes, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted.
How is sales tax calculated?
Only orders shipping within Wisconsin state are subject to WI sales tax. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes once all billing and shipping information is entered and will be calculated when your order is submitted.
