All Predator Camo products are guaranteed for one full year against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have a problem with one of our products, call 608-787-0500 for a return authorization number. Please enclose a letter of explanation and a copy of your original order papers. We will repair the problem, replace the item, or refund your money at our discretion. Predator Inc. will exchange products incorrectly ordered if they are unworn, unwashed and still have the product tags attached. Predator Inc. is not responsible for refunds on shipping if incorrectly ordered or needing size exchanges.
Our Warranty and Repair Process will help you identify a defect versus normal wear and tear. Please contact us at 608-787-0500 for return assistance or if you would like an estimate before submitting a non-warrantied repaired. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service and have the repair form complete. Such orders will receive priority processing. If priority shipping is required for return shipment, please note on the repair form; that cost will be incurred by the customer.
By law, garments sent in for Warranty or Repair must be CLEAN. You must wash used garments before mailing. Dirty garments will be returned un repaired. For repairs, please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time for a Warranty is about 10 business days, but may be longer during periods of high volume.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling) if it is in New condition and in original packaging with tags still attached within 60 days. Credit will be issued to the credit card that was used to purchase the product. Please try on your clothes first for correct sizing before you remove any hang tags/stickers!
You may exchange an unusedproduct for another, or a different size within 60 days of purchase if you purchased it directly from predatorcamo.com. There is a $5.00 flat rate return shipping fee for Predator to send out an exchange order.

If you received a wrong item
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. You may call us for a UPS return service label.
