All Predator Camo products are guaranteed for one full year against defects in materials and workmanship. If you have a problem with one of our products, call 608-787-0500 for a return authorization number. Please enclose a letter of explanation and a copy of your original order papers. We will repair the problem, replace the item, or refund your money at our discretion. Predator Inc. will exchange products incorrectly ordered if they are unworn, unwashed and still have the product tags attached. Predator Inc. is not responsible for refunds on shipping if incorrectly ordered or needing size exchanges.

 

Our Warranty and Repair Process will help you identify a defect versus normal wear and tear. Please contact us at 608-787-0500 for return assistance or if you would like an estimate before submitting a non-warrantied repaired. For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service and have the repair form complete. Such orders will receive priority processing. If priority shipping is required for return shipment, please note on the repair form; that cost will be incurred by the customer. 

By law, garments sent in for Warranty or Repair must be CLEAN. You must wash used garments before mailing. Dirty garments will be returned un repaired. For repairs, please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time for a Warranty is about 10 business days, but may be longer during periods of high volume.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling) if it is in NEW condition with original packaging and tags still attached. Credit will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product. Please try on your clothes first for correct sizing before you remove any hang tags/stickers!

You may exchange an unused product for another size, color or style within 60 days of purchase if you purchased it directly from shop.predatorcamo.com.

Please send your unwashed, unworn items back to the address below. Write a note on your original packing slip that states whether you want to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund. No returns, exchanges or refunds on items purchased in the Sale Items section with the word Sale in the description.

EXCHANGES: Please include a $5 check or bill.

Once received, your return will be processed in 1-3 business days (longer during peak season).

NOTE: Please return items in clean, sellable condition. Items that need to be cleaned will be subject to $5/item deduction or may be rejected and returned back to you altogether.
