We understand that buying clothes online can be tricky, and sometimes things just don’t fit the way you want. That’s why we’ve made our return and exchange process as easy and stress-free as possible.
How to Return or Exchange
1. Initiate a Return/Exchange: Click here to start return process. It’s quick, easy and can be done at your convenience.
2. Pack Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), including all tags and accessories.
3. Attach the Label: Attach the prepaid return shipping label to the package.
4. Drop Off the Package: Leave the package in your mailbox or drop off at your closest Post Office.
Eligibility
• New and Unused Items: Returns and exchanges are welcome for all new and unused items within 45 days of purchase. Just make sure everything is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Not New Condition: If items aren’t returned in new condition, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
Additional Info
• Free of Charge: No hidden fees here! All returns and exchanges are free, and we’ll even provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment.
• Exchanges: If the item you want in exchange is out of stock by the time it reaches our warehouse, don’t worry. We’ll give you a full refund instead.
